The State Enterprise “Ukrainian Industrial Property Institute” issues the cumulative DVD “Industrial Designs Registered in Ukraine” that includes information about all the registrations of industrial designs performed since January 1993 until the date of the latest registration completed.

 

This optical disk includes the following information about the registered industrial designs: bibliographic data, versions and kinds of industrial designs images. Bibliographic data are presented in Ukrainian.

 

The disk contains information about granting patents for industrial designs, the numerical and systematic indexes and notifications concerning patents for industrial designs.

 

After installing the cumulative DVD a primary database of industrial designs that can be updated with the data on current registrations from the next DVDs is formed on the user’s PC.

 

The DVD contains a powerful searching tool providing an opportunity to carry out a high-performance search according to 35 criteria, including subject, name, numerical, the Locarno Classification classes search.

 

The searching tool software enables the user to formulate the query appropriately, to carry out the search according to it, to view the found documents on the screen and to print out the selected documents.
