On Registration of Copyright to Work |
|
In April, 2012 the State Servise received 387 applications for registration of copyright to work and 14 applications for registration of agreements concerning copyright to work, 544 registrations of copyright to work were effected and 16 decisions on registration of agreements concerning copyright to work were made.

²n April, 2012 State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine received 422 applications for inventions, 982 applications for utility models, 1955 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 680-under the Madrid Agreement. Total amount of the registered documents in April, 2012 made up 2911 documents of title.

In April, 2012 the active work was continued for realization of tasks aimed at implementation of the state policy in the field of use of rights to industrial property objects (IPO) protected on the territory of Ukraine.

Public Patent Documents Collection (PPDC) |
|
The total PPDC collection on optical media as of May 1, 2012 contains more than 17720 discs. PPDC is formed in accordance with the State policy aimed at supporting the innovative course of Ukraine’s development.

|
The PIB’s CD-ROM & DVD-ROM collection as of May 1, 2012 contains 13950 discs.

In March, 2012 the State Servise received 559 applications for registration of copyright to work and 36 applications for registration of agreements concerning copyright to work. 453 registrations of copyright to work were effected and 58 decisions on registration of agreements concerning copyright to work were made.
