In December, 2011 State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine received 599 applications for registration of copyright to work and 27 applications for registration of agreements concerning copyright to work.

Total amount of registered documents of title made up 341105 as of 01.01.2012.

In December, 2011 State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine received 500 applications for inventions, 1022 applications for utility models, 2554 applications for trademarks and service marks. Total amount of the registered documents in December, 2011 made up 2955 documents of title.

In Desember, 2011 the active work was continued for realization of tasks aimed at implementation of the state policy in the field of use of rights to industrial property objects (IPO) protected on the territory of Ukraine.

Issues No.23, 2011 of the Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" ("Industrial Property") have been published. This Official Bulletin contains the information on registered titles of protection for industrial property rights.

In November, 2011 the State Service received 418 applications for registration of copyright to work and 34 applications for registration of agreements concerning copyright to work. 433 registrations of copyright to work were effected and 41 decisions on registration of agreements concerning copyright to work were made.

In October, 2011 the Department received 401 applications for registration of copyright to work and 21 applications for registration of agreements concerning copyright to work. 452 registrations of copyright to work were effected and 25 decisions on registration of agreements concerning copyright to work were made.

In October, 2011 State Department of Intellectual Property received 425 applications for inventions, 770 applications for utility models, 1870 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 747-under the Madrid Agreement. Total amount of the registered documents in October, 2011 made up 2777 documents of title.

In September, 2011 State Department of Intellectual Property received 407 applications for inventions, 624 applications for utility models, 1853 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 664-under the Madrid Agreement.
