| August | In August 2007, the State Department of Intellectual Property announces an all-Ukrainian contest “Invention of the Year”. The contest, which covers all the regions of Ukraine, has the aim to popularize inventive activity among the wide circles of the scientific and technical community of Ukraine, encouraging enterprises to introduce the results of intellectual efforts into industry, as well as detecting promising developments and bringing them to the attention of domestic and foreign investors and entrepreneurs. |
